So for the past 7 months I've been getting double charged for a monthly subscription AND a yearly subscription which i started last June. I'm not sure if something got messed up when I made the switch but I paid $75.00 for the year AND have paid $7 a month since then ($77). I've been REALLY patient with Dirtybird but after a few months of trying to get in touch with them, I've had no luck. On top of that, I haven't even had access to my account for the past month to delete it or remove the subscription, so I'll now need to dispute charges with my credit card company. This is not something I want as I really enjoy Birdfeed and get great use out of it, so hopefully someone sees this here and helps me out.
